Responsibilities:
1. Track inbound shipment and check inbound documents;
2. Prepare customs documents,coordinate with inbound freight forwarder and customs broker on timely inward declaration for bonded shipment
3. Work with I/E Agent on outgoing clearing documentation for customs clearance and CIQ, and get CIQ certificate
4. HS code pre-classification for spare parts and finished goods
5. CCC exemption documents preparation for spare parts
6. Coordinate site inspection by CIQ and customs with warehouse and customs broker
7. Other tasks assigned by import & export supervisor

Qualifications:
1. Diploma or bachelor degree in logistics,economics or business administration;
2. 3 years relevant working experience in foreign owned companies;
3. Familiar with Waigaoqiao Free Zone operations process and customs WMS;
4. Familiar with ERP system;
5. MS office skills;
6. English proficiency (reading,writing)
7. Good communication skills
