Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the planning, organizing, directing and executing of various internal and external educational initiatives on the clinical and product trainings;
2. Develop and maintain good relationships with healthcare professionals,industry leaders, professional organizations and business associates through active membership in organizations and participation in national or local professional meetings, workshops and seminars;
3. Attend regular trainings to ensure up-to-date knowledge of products,processes and standards;
4. Actively participates in sales meetings and support regional specific educational needs through planning, organizing and providing presentations or hands-on training as required;
5. Support other departments (i.e., Marketing, Device Testing/R&D) through providing clinical and product expertise in the development and market launch of new products or services on an ongoing basis.
Qualifications:
1.University graduate with major in medicine / nursing related discipline; Nephrologist is preferred;
2.Minimum 3 years experience in Nephrology dialysis Department, training experience is preferred;
3.Computer skills utilizing email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
4.Strong communication skills and good presentation skills;
5.Hard working, Teamwork and Collaboration;
6.Extensive travel is a standard requirement.
