Summary of Role:
The roles and responsibilities expected of the position are to be responsible for the company’s PD business development in China. Ensuring no compliance issue in his/her responsible region.
Responsibilities:
1. Achieve annual sales target and EBIT
2. Work with Marketing for pre-launch activities design and implementation
3. Identify and explore new PD opportunities for China market
4. Well manage and support distributors’ business performance
5. Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products among the distributors and customers
6. Control and allocate given sales budgets appropriately to maximize the company interests with this limited recourse
7. Communicate with marketing, commercial and other department effectively
8. Participate in regular business meetings and discussions as well as hand in required business reports in time
9. Involve actively in sales forecast and provide puncture sales figure
10. Ensuring sales team to be in compliance with company rules and regulations
11. Collect and analyze relevant market and business information.
12. Provide training to all business partner and end users,
13. Participate in preparation of business development strategies and annual budget process.
Qualifications:
1. University graduate with a degree or above
2. At least accumulated 10 years’ experience in sales and marketing management preferably in multinational company or doctor from internal medicine of kidney and at least 5 years team leader experience.
3. Have P&L management experience in previous jobs
4. Good interpersonal skills to communicate with internal and external personnel
5. Strong spoken and written skills in English.
6. Strategic thinking, creative, aggressive and willing to take a big challenge.
7. Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate his/her team.
8. Ability to work under pressure
